VIP Sales Terms on the Website
These apply to the VIP subscription bought on totalshort.com. For everything else the Terms of Use apply; for website purchases, where the two differ, these terms prevail. The Italian version (
acquisti-web.it.md) is the reference text.

1. Who sells
The TotalShort service is provided by Agape Group GmbH, Clarahofweg 25, 4058 Basel, Switzerland, UID CHE-184.481.924 ("we"). The website subscription is sold through Link, the payment service of Stripe, which acts as the seller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, calculates and remits taxes (VAT, sales tax) and sends you receipts and invoices. Your statement shows LINK.COM* TOTALSHORT. The checkout page is opened on our behalf by RevenueCat. Support for TotalShort: [email protected].
2. What you buy
- VIP unlocks the whole catalogue, with no exceptions, while the subscription is active.
- It works on the website and in the TotalShort app: just sign in with the same email you used to buy it.
- Buying requires an account with an email (we ask for it before checkout), so you get your VIP back on any device.
3. Plans and prices
- VIP weekly: USD 5.99, EUR 5.99 or GBP 5.99 per week, depending on your country.
- Welcome offer: if you have never had a TotalShort subscription, your first week costs half (2.99 in USD, EUR or GBP: 50% off the first payment). From the next renewal the regular price applies, unless you cancel. The discount applies once per account and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- VIP annual: USD 59.99, EUR 59.99 or GBP 59.99 per year, depending on your country.
- The total price is shown to you before you pay. Euro and pound prices include VAT; in US dollars, taxes are added where due based on your address. In other countries the checkout may show the price converted to your currency.
- We don't offer free trials that quietly turn into charges.
4. Automatic renewal
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (week or year), at the price in force, with the same payment method, until you cancel.
- Price changes: if we raise the price we email you before the renewal it applies to. If you don't want it, you can cancel before the renewal.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time, in two ways:
- on Link (link.com) or from the link in Link's emails about your subscription: there you can also change your card and see receipts and invoices;
- by writing to [email protected] from your account email: we cancel it for you.
- After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period already paid for; after that nothing more is charged.
- A subscription bought on the website is not managed from the App Store or Google Play settings, and you don't need "Restore purchases" in the app: just sign in with your email.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, the charge is retried for a few days. If the payment still fails, VIP stops and you can restart it whenever you like.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
- Consumers resident in the EU or the UK: you can withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected] (a clear sentence is enough, for example "I withdraw from the VIP subscription") or to Link support. The first payment is refunded in full, to the same payment method, within 14 days of your request, and the subscription ends.
- In all other cases periods already started are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or VIP didn't work, write to us and we'll put it right. You can also ask Link support for a refund.
- Your legal rights if the content is faulty or not supplied always remain.
- If you dispute a payment with your bank, VIP may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
8. If you already have VIP in the app
If you already have an active VIP bought through Apple or Google on the same account, the website won't let you buy a second subscription. If you buy VIP both on the website and in the app with different accounts, they are two separate subscriptions: cancel the one you don't need (the website one as in section 5, the app one from your store settings).
9. Personal data
You enter your payment details with Link/Stripe, which as the seller processes them under its own privacy policy: we never see the full card number. From Stripe and RevenueCat we receive the data needed to manage the subscription (email, country, plan, amounts and dates). We process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and can go to the court where you live.
11. Contacts
[email protected]; we usually reply within 2 working days.
